If the Ohio Plan Board of Directors determines it is not in the Plan’s best interest, the Board may withhold authorizing Advantage Credit for a specified period of time or indefinitely.

The final credit authorized by the Ohio Plan will be calculated based upon data available 120 days prior to the member's annual policy expiration date or anniversary date as determined by The Ohio Plan's Administrator.
