Note: This scorecard is for simulation purposes only at this time. No Plan Advantage credits will be applied until approved by the Ohio Plan. The Ohio Plan may issue the Plan Advantage at its discretion. If the Ohio Plan Board of Directors determines it is not in the Plan’s best interest, the Board may withhold authorizing Advantage Credit for a specified period of time or indefinitely.

In addition, the above estimated credit is based upon the current Loss Ratio and Risk Management Score shown as of 7/31/2010 and is subject to change. The final credit authorized by the Ohio Plan will be calculated based upon data available 120 days prior to the member's annual policy expiration date or anniversary date as determined by The Ohio Plan's Administrator.
